Insurance – The mobile home is insured for a maximum of 6 people.  Rights are reserved to refuse entry to the accommodation if numbers exceed this.  As owners of the mobile home, we are not responsible for any loss, theft or injury to guests and their belongings.  We strongly recommend that guests take out independent travel insurance. 

 

Pets - Not allowed.

Check In - The mobile home will be available from 4pm on the day you arrive and guests are asked to vacate by 10am on the morning of your departure.

Deposit - £250 per week deposit is required with the booking.  This is non refundable.

​

Payment – To be paid in full 10 weeks before your stay.  Payment received by BACS (electronic transfer) or Cheque.

Cancellation – If you cancel your holiday within 60 days of your arrival date, your payment is non refundable.  We reserve the right to cancel any booking for which full payment has not been met by the due date.

Breakages/ Charges – A £150 deposit is payable with your final balance.  This is fully refundable within 14 days upon confirmation via our onsite management company that there are no breakages or charges incurred due to non payment of on site charges levied by holiday green ( i.e. holiday tax and wristband charges).​

Bed Linen – This can be hired via our management company at 20 euros per bed set. (this will include quilt cover, pillow case and sheet).​

​

For Hire – Additional items can be hired from our management company NSS Riveria Holidays, i.e. high chair, etc.

Cleaning - We/NSS Riveria pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our mobile home, should this not be the case please report this on arrival to our onsite management company. Please be aware you are responsible for leaving our mobile home in the same condition as you found it inside and outside. If this is not the case a surcharge with be deducted from your damages deposit.
