To ensure a relaxing and trouble-free stay, please take a moment to review the following important information:
Insurance & Liability
Our mobile home is insured for a maximum of six guests. Entry may be refused if occupancy exceeds this number. While we take great care to provide a safe environment, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or injury to guests or their belongings. We strongly recommend securing independent travel insurance for peace of mind.

Pets- Sorry—pets are not permitted in the accommodation.

Check-In & Check-Out - Check-in is from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Deposit & Payments

A £250 deposit per week is required at the time of booking (non-refundable).

The full balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival via BACS or cheque.

Failure to meet this deadline may result in cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, payments made are non-refundable.

Security Deposit
A £150 damages deposit is required with your final payment. This is refundable within 14 days after confirmation from our onsite management team that no breakages have occurred and that no additional charges (e.g., holiday tax or wristbands) are outstanding.

Optional Extras

Bed linen hire: €20 per set (includes duvet cover, pillowcase, and sheet), available through our management company.

Additional hire items (e.g. high chairs) may also be arranged via NSS Riviera Holidays.
Cleaning
We take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming holiday home. If anything falls short of expectations on your arrival, please notify NSS Riviera immediately. Guests are kindly asked to leave the home in the same condition they found it, both inside and out. Any excessive cleaning required may incur deductions from the damages deposit.
